Financing

Since we began offering the WAKA Kickball & Social Sports franchise opportunity we have consistently encountered franchise candidates who love the idea of owning their own WAKA Franchise, but do not have the means to invest in a franchise. Through our relationships with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Franchise Registry we give franchise candidates the opportunity to obtain the financing necessary to own a WAKA Franchise.

Who are the SBA and Franchise Registry?

The SBA is an agency whose purpose is to put entrepreneurs and small businesses in the best position to succeed when pursuing new business ventures. They achieve this through lending, entrepreneurial development, federal contracting, and business development programs. Franchise Registry offers service that connects lenders to loan applicants and provides guidance to franchise candidates in an effort to secure the best financing possible for their franchise investment.

What can the SBA and Franchise Registry do for franchise candidates?

Together, these two organizations enable our franchise candidates to receive the best financing possible in the most timely manner. For example, the SBA-Guaranteed Loan Program is a great option for financing for our franchise candidates. This program is structured so that up to 80% of the loan amount is guaranteed by the SBA, therefore there is less risk for the bank to take on, and thus the franchise candidate can secure a loan with an effective interest rate that is lower than that of a conventional loan, for a longer term (and thus a lower monthly payment), and a lower initial down payment. WAKA has worked with the SBA to ensure that our franchise opportunity meets SBA requirements to qualify for this program, but securing this type of loan is still a long and challenging process, which is where Franchise Registry comes into play. Franchise Registry supports our franchise candidates by streamlining the SBA-guaranteed loan process so franchise candidates can secure funding in the quickest possible time frame and thus move forward with launching their WAKA Franchise.

One question you are probably asking yourself is, "How much money can I expect to earn as a WAKA Franchisee?" We cannot answer that question. There are many variables that make it impossible to predict future results with any certainty. For this reason, WAKA Franchising does not make any forecasts of future potential performance. No employee or representative of WAKA Franchising is authorized to make such forecasts. WAKA cannot predict whether or to what extent you may succeed in any particular market. But we do provide historical sales performance information described above, as well as a breakdown of potential investments below.*
