We're spreading the joy of WAKA Social Sports to more places with our new franchise program. And you can earn $2,000 if you refer someone to us who then becomes a new WAKA franchise owner/operator!
The process is simple. Here's all you need to do...
- Think of everyone you know looking for new business investment opportunities and who you think would make a good fit for running WAKA Social Sports leagues.
- Contact those people, tell them how much you love WAKA Social Sports and why. And then point them to www.kickball.com/franchise/referral
- Explain to these contacts that when they fill out the contact form, they must enter your name in the 'referred by' field for you to be eligible to receive your referral fee.
- Then you wait and see if one of your contacts is awarded a WAKA franchise. But while you're waiting, keep spreading the word to more people! The more great contacts you send our way, the greater your chances of earning $2,000!
- Once a contact of yours signs on as a franchise owner, we send you a check!
Terms of the Franchise Referral Program
- We will award a $2,000 check only if the referring party is provided in the franchise owner/operator's initial contact with WAKA Franchising. They must give your full name the first time they fill out our online contact form.
- Should we receive more than one referral on the same individual, we will award the fee based on the earliest referral.

Terms and Conditions of WAKA Franchising Referral Program
- All referring parties agree to strictly comply with the Federal Trade Commission's regulations that prohibit the making of any financial performance representations of any kind to any potential franchisees.
- WAKA Franchising, LLC, is conducting this promotion, and is responsible for all aspects of it. WAKA Franchising, LLC has the final decision making authority on all issues and disputes concerning this promotion and payment of the referral fee, and in its sole discretion may terminate, extend, amend or adjust this promotion at any time for any reason with or without notice.
- Referring parties are not brokers and have no authority to offer or sell a franchise, or make any representations regarding a franchise on WAKA Franchising, LLC’s behalf. Offers and sales of franchises can only be made by employees and authorized representatives of WAKA Franchising, LLC in accordance with applicable laws regarding the registration and delivery of a franchise disclosure document.”
- This promotion is effective September 21 ,2011. To be eligible to receive a referral fee, the new franchisee must purchase a new WAKA Franchise, and pay the required franchise fee. This referral fee is not earned and not payable if the new franchisee is an existing franchisee, and it is not earned and not payable for purchases/transfers of existing WAKA Franchises. The fee is also not earned and not payable for leads that WAKA Franchising, LLC has previously received from other sources.
- Only one referral fee will be paid regardless of the number of new franchises purchased by that new franchisee.
- Unless otherwise agreed to by all parties involved, WAKA Franchising, LLC will not split the referral fee, and will pay the referral fee to the referral source first identified to WAKA Franchising, LLC.
- The referral fee will be paid to the appropriate recipient within thirty (30) days of WAKA Franchising, LLC receiving the franchise fee from the new franchisee for the new WAKA Franchisee.
