Game Rules & Additional Division
Policies:
Weather Policy:
Always check your email or speak with your team captain prior to heading to a
game if the weather is questionable. Typically, the league president will
make the decision to cancel the games or not and will email all of the captains
immediately. If the weather turns bad during game time we will wait 15
minutes and if it continues that game will be called.
Thunder Policy:
Games will immediately stop
and players are urged to leave the field.
Wait 15-20 minutes to see if it passes. Please note when at the fields if rain
or lightning effects the early game that does not mean the late game is
automatically cancelled. We will wait 15 minutes past the late game start to see
if it passes. Use common sense and get off the field. If
you have played three complete innings and the game is called. It is an official
game and there will be no make up. Also if a game is called during a half inning
it reverts back to the last complete played inning regardless of the current
score. Games that temporarily halted for 15 minutes or less will be allowed to
continue up until the schedule stop time. The time lost is not added back to the
game and as long as 3 innings are complete the game is official. Please check
with the WAKA officials or the division president before leaving the field due
to rain. If the rain ends and your team is gone you will end up with a forfeit.
Misconduct:
The referees can eject you from
the game & park for unsportsmanlike like conduct. The division has the right to
suspend and or fine you up to a maximum of $25.00 per incident. Failure to pay
will result in the player being banned from the fields.

WAKA.

dealt with immediately.

players of the start time and field you are playing on.
You are responsible for making sure that you have players available and on the
field on time for games they are scheduled to referee.
Help the newer players with strategy & tips. Captains need to prepare a lineup

playing.
You may have to help set-up fields if you have the early game and take them
down for the late game
