Full-Time Regional Care and Development Managers WAKA Regional Care and Development Managers primarily work with WAKA’s Regional Representatives in a large surrounding area to help provide players with a great WAKA kickball experience. Care and Development Managers will be required to perform Regional Representative responsibilities in some portions of their market, as well as hire and train new Regional Representatives for their teams. Care and Development Managers should be highly organized, dynamic leaders, independent and motivated workers, and have the ability to seek out new growth opportunities.
An average of 40 hour work week is required, with evenings and weekends as necessary during kickball seasons. You must have high speed internet access at home and be available to attend staff meetings via phone, local board meetings, games and social events as needed. Good communication skills and strong computer knowledge are a must. Retail management experience is a plus.
