BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED!!!!
Plan the Parties!!!! Have a voice on where your money goes!!!
Positions - Volunteers Needed ASAP:
* PRESIDENT: Presides over the Board, facilitates discussion on party planning, issues, charities, etc. Also acts as division contact if players have issues, questions, concerns on their experience.
* VICE PRESIDENT: Assists President with all above, and acts as President in their absence.
* TREASURER: Keeps track of all budget related issues, party expenses, etc. Determines how much money is available to spend on parties, events, etc.
* EVENT/PARTY PLANNER: The fun job. Plan the parties, events, etc. Decide on themes, specials, etc. Works with treasurer and board to put all party details together.

Important Dates & Deadlines:
Team Registration - May 28th, 2009
* Your groups MUST have the minimum requirements for a team NO LATER than this date for you to ensure your group is made into a team. If you do NOT have the minimum requirements necessary, your groups will be combined with others to ensure all teams have sufficient numbers of players.
Individual Registration - June 24, 2009
Season Start Date: June 25th, 2009 (regular season is 8 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of playoffs/tournament)
Fee: $65 - includes T-shirt, and two season parties (includes free drinks and food), 8 - 10 weeeks of play, and other associated activities

The 2009 WAKA Founders Cup World Kickball Championship will be held in Las Vegas. It’s time to embrace those dreams of being a World Kickball Champion! The Founders Cup will feature a weekend full of fun, nail-biting kickball games, and social events exclusive to WAKA players.
