Don’t Just Kick the Ball, Be the Ball!
This division is still looking for volunteer board members to make this season a great one! If you’d like to take charge, have a say, and become more involved in your kickball experience, contact your division representative and sign up today. No matter what your talent is, we have a space for you!
We've already gotten volunteers for our Secretary and Philanthropy Chair. Still looking for a Treasurer and Social Chair to round things out. If possible, it's best they come from different teams, so you all have an equal say. If you're interested, contact us soon!
Schedule
Spring 2010
The season will start on Thursday, March 25th! Please sign-up ASAP, so we can get shirts ordered and schedules set. We're already at eight teams, and over a hundred people, so we're off to a great start! There's still room for more, though, so if you know of any free agents, send them our way (especially girls).
Don't forget about our pre-season kickoff pick-up game, complete with ref clinic, pitching clinic, and party, on Saturday, March 13th, at the Del Mar fields, continuing at Off the Hook (see league email for addresses and full details). Come say hi to old friends, shake the Winter dust of your kicking leg, and party hardy. Invite your friends, so they can see how fun WAKA kickball is! If you're new to kickball or thinking about signing up, this is a great opportunity to come and check things out and see what WAKA is all about!
Founders Cup 2010
The 2010 WAKA Founders Cup World Kickball Championship will be held in Las Vegas. It’s time to embrace those dreams of being a World Kickball Champion! The Founders Cup will feature a weekend full of fun, nail-biting kickball games, and social events exclusive to WAKA players.
