CAPTAINS AND SMALL GROUPS
Are you a team captain or just interested in signing up a small group friends?  First, you want to register yourself, then start a "friend group"

Captains: Your friend group will become a team after registration closes
Small Groups:  Go ahead and register, then after registration closes you'll be merged with another group to ensure you are part of a full team.

INDIVIDUALS (free agents)
Plan on going solo?  Perfect.  Nearly 50 percent of the players in the league first started as free agents or small friend groups.  That's how easy it is to meet new people and make new friends.   So don't worry - go ahead and sign up and we'll be sure to check with you to put you on a team that's a perfect fit for you.   And, if we can't get you on a team, you get your money back - guaranteed!

CT Lightning is summer kickball in Hartford, CT!  We are known for great kickball, an amazing 'post-game', and legendary parties!  Don't miss the action this year at Colt Park and the Sidewalk cafe!  Games on Thursday evenings at 6PM and 7PM. Upon completion of the season, teams face off in a single elimination playoff tournament competing to receive an invitation to play in WAKA's National Founders Cup Tournament in Las Vegas on Columbus Day weekend.

This season our games will be played at Colt Park in Hartford, CT @ 6PM and 7PM. The best way to find the fields we play on at Colt Park is to GPS:

10 Curcombe Street, Hartford, CT 06114
 
Do not GPS "Colt Park" it will bring you to a completely different area of the park that is not near where we play. You can find parking anywhere on Wawarme Ave or the cross street, Curcombe Street.

        

After the games we all head to the Sidewalk Cafe for some food, drinks, and bar games.  The Sidewalk cafe is located at:

236 South Street Hartford, CT 06114

The best place to park is on the streets nearby the Sidewalk Cafe or across the street at the school.  The school parking lot has plenty of parking because its completely empty by the time we get there.  A couple things to note:  Everyone wears their kickball shirt to the bar afterwards.  Trust me if you change your shirt you will feel out of place!  Don't be that guy (or gal).

    
  
- Player shirts will be handed out week 1, before the first games.
- The season schedule will be posted approx 1 week before our first games.
- The season schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather and other factors beyond our control.
- We recommend all players read the game rules prior to the start of the season.
- Cleats are recommended but they are not required.  No metal cleats are allowed.
