League News:
The GA Thunder league plays on Thursday nights at Hammond Park. The thunder league plays 8 regular season games. All teams will then play in a single elimination Tournament. See how your team can qualify for WAKA's National Founders Cup Tournament in Las Vegas on Columbus day weekend.

Founders Cup Eligibility
- Both the Champion and Runner-Up of this Season's League Tournament will be eligible to receive an invitation to the Founders Cup World Kickball Championship in Las Vegas. The year of eligibility is determined by the completion date of the League Tournament, according to the World Championship Guidelines (2012 Edition coming early 2012). Eligible teams are not guaranteed to receive invitations.
- All players are also eligible to participate in the Kickball Games social tournament.

CONGRATULATIONS TO "OUT SICK ON FRIDAYS" for being GA THUNDER Summer 09 Season League Champions!!! This is their 8th WAKA GA League Championship. Great game and good sportsmanship last night too bad you're flip cup skills have eroded so badly, you wouldn't even belly up to the table afterwards at MOPPS!

The 2009 WAKA Founders Cup World Kickball Championship will be held in Las Vegas. It’s time to embrace those dreams of being a World Kickball Champion! The Founders Cup will feature a weekend full of fun, nail-biting kickball games, and social events exclusive to WAKA players.
