Open Call for WAKA Superstars!  Lace up your sneakers, grab your water bottle and sign up now to participate in one of the fastest growing social sport communities in America. Our Thursday, Somerville Dodgeball league will have 8 weeks of dodgeball games and events.   Individuals, small groups and full teams welcome! Have questions about the league? Key Information:

• Teams will consist of 26 players and games are played with 20 versus 20 on a court at a time with a minimum guy to girl ratio of 4:1.
• Don't have a team to join? No need to worry. Just sign up as a free agent and you will be placed on a team. Have a group of friends that want to play? Just form a friend group and you will be placed on a team together.
• Games will begin promptly at 7 PM, 8 PM and 9 PM at the West Somerville Neighborhood School: 177 Powder House Blvd. Somerville, MA 02144. 
• Post game celebration will be held at The Dark Horse Public House: 499 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145

• September 25th - Price increases to $74
• October 12th - Week 1
• October 18th - Registration Closes
• October 19th - Week 2
• October 26th - Week 3
• November 2nd - Week 4 
• November 9th -  Week 5
• November 11th - MIDSEASON PARTAYYYYYY
• November 16th - Week 6
• November 23rd  - NO DODGEBALL Thanksgiving
• November 30th - NO DODGEBALL
• December 7th - Week 7
• December 14th - Week 8
• December 21st - Playoffs

Notable Tidbits:

•  NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please note that it is against the MA drinking laws and the park permit rules to have open containers. **
• The gym can be accessed from Raymond Street behind the school. There is parking available in the parking lot and on the street.
• The first game of the night will start promptly at 7 PM followed by the next two on the hour. We must be out of the gym at 10 PM.
• A game will consist of as many matches that can be played with a 45 minute period. Each match will automatically end after 6 minutes if a winner has not been determined already. The team that wins the most matches will be considered the winner for that game.
• Each team will be responsible for providing at least 3 refs for each game they are scheduled to officiate.
