Summer Registration is now closed. If you would like to register a team please visit our sister league, NC Storm at www.kickball.com/ncstorm. If you are an individual player joining an existing team, please email your captain for the password.
World Adult Kickball Association is the sanctioning body of kickball, providing hundreds of thousands of adults worldwide with the ultimate kickball experience. NC Capital is Raleigh's oldest and the largest league in North Carolina. Typically made up of 16 teams, the NC Capital League offers players of all skill levels a team just right for them.
Why should you play with WAKA?
9 regular season games and up to 5 tournament games, opportunity to qualify for Founders Cup, the annual national tournament in LAS VEGAS!, new equipment each season, guaranteed field times and lights (as needed), competitive and non-competitive brackets, prizes for tournament champions, discounts at local businesses, no annual membership fees, WAKA team t-shirt, official rules and league organization from the governing body of kickball, opportunity to meet and socialize with hundreds of local area adults at our weekly socials at the league bar, mid and end of season parties (free food and beer) charity activities each season.

Summer Season - Registration Closed
WAKA has partnered with CancerNeverSleeps to bring you another great season of NC Capital kickball! Registration opens Friday, April 13th so get your team ready to go. Opening day will be June 7th and run through mid August. All June games will be played at Oakwood Park. July and August fields will be determined in mid-May. Fields may included Oakwood, Pullen, Jaycee, Fred Fletcher and Lions Park. Registration is now closed, please visit our sister league, www.kickball.com/ncstorm to register for Tuesday kickball.

June 6th - Captains Meeting - Joel Lane's Public House, 6pm
June 7th - Season Start Date - Oakwood Park
July 14th - Mid Season Party - Marker Party at Joel Lane's Public House, 8pm-midnight
August 11th - End of Season Party - Casino Night
Beyond the Field:
Founders Cup Eligibility
- This WAKA League/Season welcomes and encourages competitive teams.
- Due to the expected high level of play, all four Semifinalists of this Season's League Tournament will be eligible to receive an invitation to the next Founders Cup World Kickball Championship in Las Vegas.
- In addition, the Champion of the League Tournament will be GUARANTEED an invitation, to be offered in the next invite round following their clinching victory. (Other eligible teams are not guaranteed to receive invitations.)
- Subsequent Seasons of this League may or may not follow this Eligibility policy. Watch this space to each season to determine FC Eligibility status.
- All players are also eligible to participate in the Kickball Games social tournament.
