NY Big Apple - Registration Is Currently Closed!

The NY Big Apple division will be back in the Summer with games starting on June 20th at Coleman Oval in Manhattan.

If you want to be kept updated about registration information be sure to sign up for our mailing list. Just look for the Sign Up for the Mailing List link in the Contact section to the right of the page. You will have to create a WAKA Profile to sign up for the mailing list. This link will not appear if you are already on the mailing list.

The NY Big Apple division plays 8 regular season games on Sunday afternoons in Manhattan. The teams then play a single elimination playoff tournament. Teams compete for an invitation to play in WAKA's National Founders Cup Tournament in Las Vegas on Columbus day weekend.

Important Dates: 
April 23rd - Registration opens for returning players 
April 30th - Registration opens fully for all new players
May 29th - Registration closes (will close sooner if the spots fill up, don't wait to register!).
June 20th - Season STARTS
TBD - Midseason Party (Details TBD)
August 22nd - Playoffs begin
August 29th - Playoffs conclude and Champions crowned
TBD - End of Season Party

Miscellaneous Information:

- player shirts will be handed out at game 1.
- the weekly season schedule is posted during the registration period. We do play on some some holidays!
- the season schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather and other factors beyond our control.
- we recommend all players read the game rules prior to the start of the season.
