NY Liberty - Registration Is Now Closed

The Spring 2010 season will start on April 12 and plays on Monday Evenings at Riverside Park in Manhattan.

Sign up on our email list to be notified of important registration updates and division news, just look for the link in the Contact section to the right of the page. You will have to create a WAKA Profile to sign up for the mailing list. This link will not appear if you are already on the mailing list.

The NY Liberty division plays 8 regular season games in Manhattan. Games are scheduled to start at 6:15pm, 7:00pm and 7:45pm. All teams will then play in a single elimination Playoff Tournament. Teams will compete for invitations to play in WAKA's National Founders Cup Tournament in Las Vegas on Columbus day weekend.

Important Dates:
Feb 20th - Registration opens for returning players from Spring 09
Feb 24th - Registration opens for returning players from Fall 09
Feb 27th - Registration opens fully for all new players
March 22nd - Registration closes (will close sooner if the spots fill up, don't wait to register!).
April 12th - Season Starts
TBD - Midseason Party (Details TBD)
June 7th - Playoffs begin
June 14th - Playoffs finish and Champions crowned

Miscellaneous Information:

- player shirts will be handed out at game 1.
- the weekly season schedule is posted during the registration period. We do play on some some holidays!
- the season schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather and other factors beyond our control.
- we recommend all players read the game rules prior to the start of the season.
