Season Begins: Thursday, April 18th
WAKA NY Mid Hudson Organized Bus Trip to TAP New York: Sunday, April 28th
Mid Season Party Casino Bus Trip: Saturday, May 11th
Regular Season Ends: Thursday, June 6th
Playoffs Begin: Thursday, June 13th
End of Season Party: Saturday, June 15th
Playoffs End, Spring 2013 Champion Crowned: Thursday, June 20th
The following is now policy for the NY Mid Hudson League, effective immediately: NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. If you want to drink, please bring a few dollars and plan on purchasing them from the snack cart, which charges $2 per beer.
- If I see anyone with alcohol that was not purchased from the beverage cart, I will ask that person to return it to their vehicle and the team for which they play will be issued a Paper Forfeit.
- If Jim from Casperkill or any other employee of Casperkill Recreation asks a player or a team to leave or if he comes to me to about it because he noticed that they have alcohol which wasn't purchased from the snack cart, that team will receive a Game Forfeit.
Miscellaneous Information:
- Player shirts will be handed out week 1, before the first games.
- The season schedule will be posted during the pick up game period.
- The season schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather and other factors beyond our control.
- We recommend all players read the game rules prior to the start of the season.

WAKA Tournaments 2013: Founders Cup, Regionals, and The Fun Games
WAKA holds two annual Kickball Tournaments each October in Las Vegas:
- The Founders Cup World Kickball Championship, an exclusive invitation-only showdown of the best teams in the nation.
- The Fun Games, a freewheeling tournament of fun, open to ALL current WAKA players.
Starting in 2013, WAKA is introducing Regional Rounds of the Founders Cup, a new Tournament opportunity open to ALL current WAKA players (and a new way for teams to qualify for the Founders Cup Championship Rounds in Las Vegas. (Dates and Locations for all Regionals TBA.)
All three tournaments feature cash prizes and a unique experience only WAKA can bring you.
WAKA Tournament Eligibility for NY Mid Hudson - Fall 2012:
- All players registered for this season are eligible to participate in The Fun Games tournament in Las Vegas.
- All players registered for this season are eligible to participate in the Regional Rounds of the Founders Cup.
- Both the Champion and Runner-Up teams of this Season's League Tournament will be eligible (though not guaranteed) to receive an invitation to the Founders Cup championship tournament in Las Vegas.
