Invitations to the 15th annual Founders Cup World Kickball Championship are being sent this week. Here is some information about the selection commitee's process for choosing who to invite and when:

I qualified for the Founders Cup World Kickball Championship according to the guidelines and the eligibility statement on my League page - is there a chance my team will get invited?

Thank you for Kicking It during WAKA week in the Kick-it Challenge!  The 1st week of the “I’m Kicking-It” campaign kicked off in true WAKA fashion with posts featuring pets, weight lifters, founders, WAKA Batman and of course kickball fields and balls! 

Congratulations to the official winner of the Jeff Gordon Pick of the week… Fabian Pugliese! Thanks also go out to Shana Schwarz for posting Fabian’s pic. Fabian will receive a WAKA kickball autographed by Jeff Gordon.

Every season, each WAKA sports league chooses and supports a charity partner. So far this year, players have raised and donated more than $50,000 and worked with some amazing organizations around the world. These causes are dear to our hearts and we want to share some information with you about their missions so you can get involved too.

Playworks - Playworks is a national nonprofit organization that supports learning by providing safe, healthy and inclusive play and physical activity to low-income schools at recess and throughout the entire school day.  Playworks currently serves more than 130,000 students around the US.

Two teams of WAKA kickball players from New York, Georgia, Massachussets, New Hampshire, and Connecticut just broke world record for the longest kickball game! The 54 hour game was played in Naugatuck, CT and the players raised over $41,000 in support of Kick-it and childrens cancer research. The players and community  were amazing throughout the game, playing through the night and enduring freezing rain - with smiles!

WAKA players will be rocking at St. Patrick's Day festivities all over the country. Here are some of the best events for you to check out this weekend:



Tonight, join the WAKA St. Patrick's Day Eve Pick Up Game is Savannah, GA. Few places celebrate St. Patrick’s Day like Savannah! Come play in a free pick-up kickball game starting at 4 p.m. near the river in Savannah and then hang out all weekend for the city's St. Patrick's Day festivities.
