Are you WAKA's Best Customer?

We have no shortage of awesome and dedicated WAKA customers who continue to amaze us with the energy and fun that they bring to their leagues. We recently got an email from California WAKA player Padraic Culham, who claims to be "WAKA's best customer in 2011". This year alone, Padraic has played in 12 WAKA leagues, has WAKA shirts in 10 colors, and just played in his 100th game of the year!

So, we want to know... can you top this? Are you WAKA's Best Customer? Let us know in the comments. We'll pick our favorites and then one winner will get a free winter season of WAKA Kickball or Dodgeball.

Washington DC's OSC Wins World Kickball Championship

Other Shot Callers from the DC Liberty league are your 2011 World Kickball Champions, as they defeated VA Southside's Panik Attack in the final game on Saturday night in Las Vegas to win the 60 team tournament.

A summary and some quick facts from WAKA's Orion Walker:

  • OSC loaded the bases in the 1st and cashed in with 2 sac flys. Both defenses lock down and the score holds until the 4th, when OSC run it up to 5-0 with a bases-loaded liner off the pitcher followed by 2 more sac flys. Panik Attack threaten in the 5th and OSC walk in a run before closing it out, 5-1.

  • This was a rematch of the final 2 teams from last year when Panik Attack won. It was the first Finals rematch in the 4 years FC has been played in it's present form/in the Vegas era.
