FC XI Info
Founders Cup® XI will be held at Desert Breeze Park in Las Vegas,
Nevada. These fields are located at:
8275 Spring Mountain Rd
Las Vegas, NV 89117
The WAKA Registration Desk will be open on Friday, August 29 from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday, August 30 from 9 am to 1 pm at The Platinum Hotel Lobby. Early registration is encouraged for all players. Please bring your photo ID and player shirt to check in and receive your name badge and player wristband. Guest “Beer Bands” may only be picked up from the WAKA Registration Desk during the above hours.
Courtesy Shuttle Service will be available to and from The Platinum Hotel from 1:15 pm to 1:30 am on Saturday, August 29. All players and guests must have checked in at the WAKA Registration Desk at The Platinum Hotel to receive their FCXI wristband to ride the shuttle.
Chair and table massages will be available on the fields from 6 pm to 11 pm for $1/minute, with licensed therapists from the Las Vegas Massage Therapists Meetup Group. CASH ONLY.
The National Marrow Donor Program®
(NMDP) will be joining WAKA Kickball to kick cancer at the fields from 3 pm to 10 pm by giving you the opportunity to join the NMDP Registry. By becoming a member of the Registry, you could be a match for a patient in critical need—maybe even the only person who could save a patient’s life. Joining the Registry is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Meet the age, health and weight requirements and be willing to help any patient in need.
- Complete a registration form with contact information, health history questions, and a signed agreement to join the Registry.
- Give a swab of your cheek cells so your tissue type can be identified.
Tissue typing is an expensive process, so financial contributions to NMDP of any size are greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that Las Vegas in late August will likely be very hot, so it is important to come prepared for the heat. Some things you may want to bring with you to the tournament are:
- Water and Sports Drinks that contain electrolytes
- Water Bottle(to refill at water stations)
- A Hat
- Sunscreen
- Wash cloths or towels
- A change of clothes
- Portable Team Tent(no stakes are permitted)
- (Additional misted cooling tents will be available at the fields.)
The WAKA store will be on site at the tournament offering WAKA gear and tournament items.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED AT THE FIELDS
