Championship- Invitation and Acceptance Process
1. Who gets invited to FCXI?
All players on all qualifying division regular season championship teams, as well as the 1st and 2nd place division tournament teams.
Only these teams who have qualified (by completing the game/season in which they qualify) by July 10, 2008 will be invited.

2. How do I know if my team is invited?
All players on all qualified teams will receive an email invitation from WAKA Events early morning on Tuesday July 15th. All players on all
qualified teams will also see an “Accept Your Tournament Invitation” button active in the Tournaments section of on their MyWAKA Login pages.
3. How does my team accept an Invitation to play in FCXI?
Any player on a qualified team can login to their MyWAKA account through kickball.com any time after 10am ET on Tuesday
July 15 to accept the invitation. Click the Tournaments button from your MyWAKA home page, and then click the Accept this Invitation link next to
your team name. If you played on more than one qualifying team, be sure you select the correct team and season. You
will see the prompt on your MyWAKA Login page- simply click on it and you will be guided through the invitation acceptance process. Invitations will
only be considered as “accepted” when the credit card information is entered for a refundable deposit in the amount of $300. Only
one person on the team needs to go through this acceptance process, and that one person must both accept and enter billing info for the deposit.
4. What is the deposit all about?
Due to capacity limits and event planning needs, WAKA asks teams to put down a refundable deposit to show their commitment to both attend and play in the tournament.
WAKA will place a “hold” on your credit card in the amount of $300. After the tournament, all holds will be lifted/refunded for teams
that participated in the tournament. Any team that does not play in the tournament for ANY reason will lose their $300. Please see WAKA World
Tournament Guidelines for further details on the deposit.
5. How many teams will be accepted?
FCXI has a maximum capacity of 44 teams. Acceptances will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
6. How do I know if WAKA received our acceptance?
A confirmation email will be sent to all teams that successfully complete the acceptance process. All players on all accepted teams will also see it reflected in the Tournaments section of on their MyWAKA home
page as “You have already accepted this invitation”.
7. Will there be a waiting list?
Yes, there will be a waiting list after 44 teams have been accepted. If teams desire to be placed on the waitlist, they will need to complete
the full acceptance process, including placing a deposit before July 25, 2008. If teams are accepted off the wait list, they will be notified via email
and automatically confirmed as playing in the tournament. Teams will be accepted in to the tournament in groups of 4, based on space availability.
August 5th is the last day WAKA will accept teams off of the wait list. All teams that are not accepted will receive their deposit back.
8. What happens after we accept and get an email confirmation?

kickball.com for the full weekend details and important information.
Don't forget Guest Passes or Beer Bands, will be on sale at the WAKA Store for $25 for all non-tournament WAKA players
and guests in late July. Get roundtrip service on the WAKA shuttles & into the beer tent at the on-field celebrations!
