Connecticut kickballers make front page for charity efforts

The group of Connecticut WAKA Kickball players working to raise tens of thousands of dollars for children's cancer research, while attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest kickball game, have made the front page of the hometown paper. Check it out the front page headline in the Citizen's News below and read the article online.

You can support the cause with a donation to children's cancer charity Kick-It. Nearly $20,000 has been raised already and the game will be held March 30 through April 1, 2012. For more information and to make a donation, please visit the CT Ivy event page on Kick-It.org.
