Simi Valley Kickball plays on Tuesday nights at the softball fields of Rancho Simi Park aka "Duck Pond" park. Game times are at 7:30pm & 8:45pm.

Individuals, small groups and full teams are welcome to join.
Team sizes can be 18-26 players.  Friend groups are not teams. Once a friend group(s) make “team status” I win convert their group(s) into a “team.” Team status will be 16 players this season (8 females and 8 males). Once you become a team, your captain will be able to pick their top 3 choices for the shirt color of your team. No matter if you are registering by yourself or with a few friends, let me know by email what your intentions are. This will give me a chance to make sure you are on the correct team before the season starts. *WAKA has the right to add players up to 26 per team for teams that do not meet team status on time.
 

Team Deadline (2 weeks before start):  All Teams with a minimum of 18 players on their roster and a minimum of 8 per gender by this date will not be given any Free Agents.  

Team Registration Ends (1 week before start): Registration will be password protected and NO NEW TEAMS will be allowed after this date. Any players registered after this date will be considered a Free Agent and will be placed on a team at the Community Coordinator’s discretion based on roster sizes and gender ratios. Register before this date to ensure you get a spot on your team of choice.  

Why all the changes? These new deadlines are being put in place all across SoCal to allow us to deliver the BEST to YOU. That includes more time to have T-shirts & League Schedules to you in a timely manner! By encouraging our teams to get signed up early, it will not only save you money, but will give us a better idea on where the league stands before it's too late. It gives us the extra time needed to recruit rookies and free agents to help make all of our leagues full and fun. It's definitely going to take some getting used to, but in time it will be second nature! Trust me, we don't want ANY of you paying the highest price! We just want you to sign up EARLY!

 
Important League Information:
  • There are NO refunds.
  • Credit cards charged at time of registration.
  • If you are on the wrong team and you do not inform me prior to 1 week before the start of the season, you will be responsible for purchasing a new team shirt for yourself.
  • Don’t forget to use your “team invite link.” This will ensure your friends will be placed in the same friend group/team as you.
  • Registering a friend that is brand new to WAKA? Remember to share your personal recruitment code with them! Both you and your friend saves $5 on your registration. For more info, visit: WAKA Referral Program.
  • Captains - make sure to read the Captains Responsibilities link above before creating your team. By creating your team you acknowledge you've read the captain’s responsibilities and will uphold them.
  • If you want to play on a team with your friends, make sure one of you “creates a friend group” and everyone registers on that group. (Otherwise you will end up elsewhere and not be able to switch later)
  • If you are an individual, don't worry - just register as an individual and you will be placed on a team.
  • Note that there is a NO ALCOHOL policy at Rancho Simi Park. Please strongly consider this before registering. Violations will result in team forfeits and/or player removal for the season.
  • All players must be a minimum of 21 years of age by the first game. Players may be asked for identification.
  • CLUBWAKA reserves the right to add additional players to teams during the registration period, up to a maximum of 26 players per roster.
