CLUBWAKA’S TOP VENTURA COUNTY FLAG FOOTALL LEAGUE!

This league is not currently running. - Please refer to www.kickball.com/losangeles for all open leagues.

Come out and run 6 on 6 coed Flag Footall with some of the coolest, hottest, fastest, and funnest players in Ventura County! Monday nights will never be the same again!

A 6 week regular season for seedings in the playoffs. Even the wild cards can go all the way to win the championship! We will also have sportsmanship and social prizes for more opportunites to win big with ClubWAKA!

What do you get for your entrance fee?

  • 6 weeks of games plus the playoffs

How many players do I need to be a team?

  • To be a team, with all people you want to play with, you need 10 people, 4 of which are female.

What if I don’t have a full team?

  • Join up anyway. We’ll find you 9 people who need a teammate!

NEW THIS SEASON

During our trial games, we’ve made some slight changes to the normal rules of CLUBWAKA that preserve both the spirit of CLUBWAKA and add a little ease on the referees.

  • Game winners are determined by point score. First to 5 TDs wins.’
  • Girl Play ratio stays the same
  • Only One First Down per drive

GROUPS VS. TEAMS:

  • Groups are NOT teams. Starting a group does not guarantee you a team spot. The first groups to have 16 (8 of each gender) will be upgraded to team status.
  • If you are a smaller group OR are short on players to make a full team, we  will combine the smaller groups and/or add individuals to each group to form teams.
  • When groups are combined, the group leader with the largest number of registered players will become captain.
  • When combing groups/teams, we will do our best to make all teams even in numbers and guy/girl ratio.
  • Once you are an official "Team"- captains will be able to select their top 3 preferences for shirt color.

Important Info:

  • There are NO refunds. Please check the season schedule out (posted above with dates) before you register.
  • Credit cards charged at time of registration.
  • Captains - make sure to read the Captains Responsibilities link on the website (next to the schedule link) before creating your team. By creating your team you acknowledge you've read the captains responsibilities and will uphold them.
  • If you want to play on a team with your friends, make sure one of you “creates a friendgroup” and everyone registers on that group. (Otherwise you will end up elsewhere and not be able to switch later.)
