Head Referee Program

The Spring 2009 season will require that each team nominate a minimum of 1 Head Referee to participate in our Head Referee Program. Teams are asked to select experienced players that are familiar with the rules and comfortable making calls on the fields. Those who are chosen of nominate themselves will need to be certian to read over the rules throughly and be sure to get familiar with the new rules.

Each Head Referee will be required to officiate between 4 and 6 games through out the season. Base ref duty for teams will typically be assigned to coincide with the team’s Head Referee.

Each team will need to let Kaye know (kaye@kickball.com) who their Head Ref is by March 8th. Please feel free to have more than one person on your team who can be the head ref. You can also refer people that may not want to or who cannot play but would be willing to ref for a wonderful Kickball Referee shirt.
