New WAKA Season of Co-Ed Conditioning Workouts!


** Improve your game with strength and conditioning through Pilates! **

These Pilates classes are high energy, aerobic classes conducted by certified Pilates instructors. Pilates tones, stretches, and strengthens the body and our classes cater to students of all skill levels by demonstrating modifications that make the exercises less or more intense.

Join us for a season of classes with your WAKA friends! Make sure your clothes are comfortable and allow you to move and stretch. Dressing rooms available. Pilates is usually done barefoot, so no special footgear needed!

Pilates is a great workout to help strengthen and tone your whole body. Our classes are set to music so you can rock out while you work out! Both men and women enjoy these high energy classes - get your team together for some conditioning!
