Fun Games Is Back For 2018 WAKApalooza!

What’s Fun Games, you ask? Only the funnest thing ever! It’s a kickball tournament but...We. Play. For. Fun. Like kickball was meant to be played (it’s a kids game y’all). And in the end, we all come out winners.

We’ve got more than twice as many players as the Kickball Open and Founders Cup combined. We’ve got unicorns, T-Rexes, twerking aliens, flabongos, slip and slides down the baselines and flip cup on the sidelines. This is where the party is at! And this year is going to be super nuts, you really don’t want to miss it. We have a FOAM PARTY FIELD you guys! That’s bananas (shout out to Goin’ Bananas!).

WAKAPalooza Weekend 2016 Guide: The Kickball Open

When it comes to WAKApalooza Weekend, there’s a kickball tournament for everyone with a love for the game.

There’s the Founders Cup World Kickball Championship for competitive players who want to compete against the best of the best. There’s the super social Fun Games for people who want to play and party with other CLUBWAKA members. And now in 2016, we’ve added The Kickball Open, an 18-team tournament that strikes the perfect balance of the WAKApalooza Weekend spirit: competition and fun.

How to crush WAKApalooza Weekend 2016

With nearly 4,000 players coming to Las Vegas this year for WAKApalooza Weekend, everything is bigger, better, and crazier than ever. This year, we’ve added two more full days of pool parties, AYCD nightclub events, and bar crawls around the Las Vegas strip - just for WAKApalooza Weekend wristband holders.

Check out all the new additions we’re making to event schedule this year to improve your WAKApalooza experience. WAKApalooza Weekend wristbands are still available for sale and are needed to attend any official WAKApalooza Weekend party or event.

Kickball Thursday: Celebrating a Milestone - 1000 games!

We’re always on the look out for inspiring stories from the WAKA community and this week we have a big milestone to celebrate!

On June 6th in Hollywood, California, Padraic "Paddy" C. played in his 1000th kickball game. No, not one hundred… one thousand!

ONE THOUSAND KICKBALL GAMES. The fact that he even kept track is an achievement in of itself.

One thousand kickball games is a commitment to the game and the sport itself - to play fairly, to play hard, and to display great sportsmanship.
