Looking to hit your new year goals?! Want to try something fun with your friends?! Wishing you could test out a boot camp before making a huge financial commitment? We've got you covered!

Join Coach Megan Parsons for an hour of interval training! The workout will include ladder drill, resistance band work, Hyperwearsandbells, body weight movements, running, and partner exercises. Please bring a mat and water bottle to the workout, all other equipment will be provided.

For $29 we will provide you with an awesome one hour workout, a fun social atmosphere, and guided personal attention throughout the course. We will be working out at Butler Park and will start the workout at 10am on February 18th!
